The role focuses on maintaining application stability, resolving production issues, and ensuring seamless business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 24/5 production support for critical applications used by global Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) usersTroubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.Manage and escalate incidents, problems, and changes.Collaborate with Development, SRE, Infrastructure, AIOps, and business teams.Support trading, client onboarding, and operational applications.Communicate issues and solutions effectively to stakeholders.Identify recurring issues and help implement long-term solutions.Required SkillsApplication or Production Support experienceSQLScripting and Unix Shell ScriptingServiceNowIncident, Problem, and Change ManagementStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsDocumentation and communication skillsMicrosoft OfficePreferred SkillsFinancial services or trading application experienceExperience with enterprise applications, monitoring, or AIOpsUnderstanding of application infrastructure and production environments
