Position:Galician Audio Generalist Evaluator Expert Type:Contract Compensation:$50/hour Commitment:10–20 hours/week Role Responsibilities Transcribe and optimize audio and video content inGalician . Ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines. Produce high-quality written outputs inGalicianand support work in English as needed. Define and document evaluation standards for general consumer audio contexts. Develop evaluation rubrics inGalician and English . Conduct model testing and grading. Evaluate outputs for accuracy, completeness, and fluency. Support benchmarking and quality assurance. Participate in QA cycles to ensure consistency and reliability. Qualifications Must-Have Strong writing, editing, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Native or near-native fluency inGalician (spoken and written)and professional fluency in English. Ability to transcribe and analyzeGalician audio content . Available to commit10–20 hours per week . Preferred College students or recent graduates. Background in linguistics, humanities, social sciences, journalism, or technical disciplines. Experience with transcription, annotation, localization, evaluation, or research workflows inGalician . Familiarity with dialectal variations and contemporary usage. Interest in AI, language models, or applied research environments.
