Training Specialist

Pay Range - $56K-76K/Year + Benefits Must-Haves:Bachelor's Degree required3+ years experience training experience in an industrial environment3+ years in working with eLearning toolsGood presentation skillsKey Responsibilities:Support Operations with developing and implementing a standardized and sustainable trainingprogram for the hourly workforce.Design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective training materials using variousinstructional techniques, such as e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning.Create interactive training modules of job-specific tasks for machines in the manufacturingenvironment.Effective utilization of our Learning Management Systems designed to maintain training recordsand requirements - also, provide support to all facilities regarding the system.Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and edit training documents, presentations, and supportmaterials.Deliver training programs to Team Members, both in-person and virtually, ensuring that thecontent is relevant, engaging, and easily understood.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback, analyzing data, andimplementing improvements as needed.Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and technologies to continuously improve andupdate training materials and delivery methods.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that training initiatives are aligned withorganizational goals and objectives.Perform other related duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in training anddevelopment, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), including administration, contentdevelopment, and reporting preferred.Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse
