Sales Representative-Towing & Repair Services
DN N DRTY Towing & Truck Repair is seeking a motivated sales rep to bring in new commercial, fleet, and referral accounts for both towing and repair services to help our business expand. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with commercial partners, and promote our services to auto repair shops, dealerships, property managers, municipalities, and other potential clients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who understands customer needs, enjoys networking, and can effectively present how our towing/hauling solutions add value. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and strengthening our presence in the market. Base Pay: Salary + Bonus
Responsibilities (Towing/Hauling/Repair Focused)
Develop new commercial accounts for light- medium-heavy-duty towing, equipment hauling, and roadside services along with our offered repair services.
Build partnerships with auto shops, collision centers, trucking companies, fleet managers, rental car agencies, property managers, and law enforcement-adjacent entities (where applicable).
Promote specialized services such as long-distance transport, equipment moves, recovery work, private property towing, and fleet towing programs.
Respond promptly to inbound opportunities and proactively conduct outreach (calls, visits, and follow-ups) to secure new recurring accounts.
Create customized service agreements based on vehicle types, volume, response time needs, and hauling requirements.
Coordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure new accounts are set up correctly with accurate service expectations.
Track customer activity, job volume, and service history to identify growth opportunities within each account.
Maintain an active presence in the community through networking, safety events, fleet manager groups, property management associations, and local business organizations.
Meet or exceed monthly revenue, contract, and call-volume targets.
Skills & Qualifications (Towing/Hauling Focused)
Experience in towing, heavy-haul, trucking, logistics, and/or automotive services preferred.
Understanding of towing industry terms such as recovery, winching, load securement, light/medium/heavy-duty classifications, and equipment hauling best practices, along with knowledge of diesel repair services.
Strong knowledge of customer types (fleet managers, auction yards, trucking firms, dealerships, shops, property managers, and roadside networks).
Ability to communicate the value of safety, response times, driver training, and specialized equipment to clients.
Skilled at negotiating service rates, contract terms, and hauling schedules.
Comfortable visiting job sites, facilities, or fleet yards to assess client needs.
Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, service agreements, and follow-ups.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
Valid driver’s license; CDL knowledge a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
