Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Account Manager based in Wichita, KS. The Account Manager will oversee existing client accounts, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand insurance coverage. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, preparing and presenting insurance solutions, managing renewals, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to meet organizational objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and strong communication skillsExperience in Insurance Sales, Policy Review, and Account ManagementKnowledge of Insurance Products, Policy Underwriting, and Coverage AnalysisSkills in Problem-Solving, Negotiation, and Conflict ResolutionProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is preferredRelevant insurance licensing or certifications, or willingness to obtain them, is requiredAbility to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
