Contracts Specialist I
Contracts Specialist I
Beast Code is looking for a Contracts Specialist to join our team as an adept negotiator with a nose for numbers and an eye for detail to assist with our contracts and bid proposals.
To ensure complex client contract details and company policy and practices are in perfect harmony, the ideal candidate will likely be a perfectionist. You probably notice when a comma or decimal is out of place, you sweat all the small details, and read the small print. Heck, you probably write the small print.
Take all the above as a compliment because it means you are super organized, communicative, and driven by a strong work ethic to get things done right. Those are all traits that will serve you well in carrying out the duties of the Contracts Specialist. You must be a ninja capable of slicing through tedious language to evaluate, understand, manage, and comply with contract details and requirements.
We expect a person who fills this position to be a seasoned and experienced professional with proficient knowledge of, and practical experience with, project and process management to achieve operational targets with moderate impact on departmental results. Translation = the Contracts Specialist dots the i’s, crosses the t’s, and ensures that all the numbers add up when considering everything from company eligibility criteria to available manpower hours.
If you’re reading this job listing, you are probably a meticulous being who leaves nothing to chance or open for interpretation. So, use your strong attention to detail to comb over the following responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements of the Contract Specialist position at Beast Code. And, if you believe that you could crush these tasks like you undoubtedly dominate game nights involving Monopoly or Scrabble, then reach out and let’s see if we can work out the details and draw up a contract (see what we did there?).
