We are currently expanding and seeking a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our Personal Injury Department at our Atlanta branch. Key Responsibilities· Collect, examine, and organize evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation.· Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents;· Communicate with clients and witnesses to schedule meetings, interviews, and depositions.· Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems;· Provide general administrative assistance, such as maintaining the attorney's calendar and making travel arrangements; and· Coordinate appointments and meetings.Essential Knowledge & Skills3+ years of Litigation in personal injury cases is a must.· Detail-oriented and highly organized.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor.· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.· Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines.· Prior law firm experience is preferred.· Bilingual is preferred.· Knowledge of Neos software is preferred.Please email your resume to Careers@mas.lawJob Type: Full-timeCompany DescriptionAward-winning personal injury law firm serving the community for over 20 years.Company DescriptionAward-winning personal injury law firm serving the community for over 20 years.
