Our client is seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) support team, working closely with senior leaders to enhance data security initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

What's the Job?
Monitor alerts generated by data loss prevention technologies to identify potential security incidents.
Perform initial triage of alerts and escalate issues following established internal processes.
Draft detailed playbooks and job aids to streamline data loss prevention responsibilities.
Collaborate with senior data loss prevention leaders to validate incidents and improve security protocols.
Provide feedback to technologists for policy tuning and prepare metrics for routine reporting on DLP programs.
What's Needed?
Knowledge of Proofpoint, Microsoft Purview, and Island.io security tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables and data analysis.
Strong attention to detail with an inquisitive and analytical mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple data sources.
