As a Tow Truck Driver on our team, you will be responding to calls from stranded motorists in the area and providing emergency roadside assistance, accident recovery, and recovering abandoned vehicles. You will also be maintaining excellent documentation of each call, and accepting payments in the field as needed. The ideal candidate has experience with roadside assistance, has driven a tow truck before, and has excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Respond to roadside emergencies within a designated areaProfessionally and accurately assist the client by recovering the vehicle and bringing it to a designated locationMaintain the tow truck and all of your equipment to ensure a safe working environmentMaintain excellent records of calls responded toQualificationsMust hold the proper license and DOT card to operate a tow truck in the stateHas a clean driving record and can exhibit safe driving skillsExperience with basic roadside assistance, such as changing a tireStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving skillsHave experience with Police TowingMUST have own jump box, lock out kit, miscellaneous tools in order to do roadside assistanceMust be able to pass pre-employment and random drug tests
