Painting Job Site Supervisor

We focus on the details of every project and most importantly, we focus on our client.Overview:To create customers for life through the delivery of the CertaPro Brand experience in a manner that ensures a quality job completed on budget, while leading an elite team of painters.Responsibilities:Overall management of interior and exterior painting projectsDelivery of an extraordinary experience to our customers and painting staffLead a crew of paintersEnsure that the entire painting crew is properly attired, and the CertaPro Brand is represented on the jobsite as requiredEnsure the painting crew acts in a professional mannerCommunicate with the customer, office and others in the business as required and in a timely mannerEnsure the Certainty Service System is being utilized throughout the production process.Qualifications:Experience in a leadership role of a painting crew is a mustExperience planning of a painting project to ensure customer satisfaction and a job completed on budgetExperience coaching a crewStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of how to address issues with customers, staff, vendors and supervisorAbility to independently solve problemsGreat time management skillsBilingual in English and Spanish is a plusRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferredMinimum of 5 years of painting experience verifiable through referencesPainting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment necessaryExceptional customer service skillsHighly organized and self-motivatedQuality conscious and detail-orientedUnrestricted driver's license and clean driving recordPhysical ability to perform all aspects of this job (repetitive movements, standing, lifting, climbing, working at heights of greater than 10 feet, etc.)Benefits/Compensation:Health Care401kPaid HolidaysPaid VacationsEach CertaPro Painters business is independently owned and operated.
