Sr. Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Sr. Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $45 to $50 per hour. Job Responsibilities:Manage daily accounting for assigned books, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the general ledger and timely period closes.Create, reconcile, and validate entries to balance sheet and income statement accounts for monthly or quarterly closes.Prepare consolidation entries, including eliminations, profit and loss pickups, and non-controlling interest allocations.Maintain bank accounts, monitor cash balances, record cash activities, and prepare bank reconciliations.Prepare wire requests related to financing, acquisitions, funding reserves, and expense payments.Assist with fund-level contributions, distributions, redemption calculations, summaries, and notices.Assist with schedules for real estate investments and debt valuations, prepare fair value entries, and support cost and debt rollforwards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related filed5+ years in accounting experienceProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel) and accounting software'sExperience:Extensive experience in full-cycle accounting and fund accountingExpertise in financial statement preparationEffective communication to communicate financial strategies to company executives.REF #48621#LI-POST
