We are currently only considering local candidatesYou have excellent communication skills. Yes, we know everyone says that, but we actually mean it. You'll be writing reports, emailing clients, and explaining compliance standards without sounding like a robotYou are vary detail oriented and so detail oriented that punctuation and grammar and spelling mistakes make you cringe and you canot stand it when sentences are butchered and continue to run on like they will never end. You'll hopefully be so obsessed with the details that you caught all the mistakes in this bullet point as you read itYou are ready to take the leap with a Managed Service Provider. You will be busy, IT can be stressful, but what job isn't?What you will be doing:The Client Account Manager is not a sales or quota‑carrying role. This position is responsible for the operational management, accuracy, and continuity of existing client accounts. The Client Account Manager supports Account Executives by maintaining client assets, processing renewals, coordinating vendor activity, and preparing client‑facing materials. The Client Account Manager fields general client questions and assists other Method employees with their client-related inquiries. The Client Account Manager ensures that client data is complete and accurate, renewals are handled on time, and internal teams have the information they need to deliver excellent service. This role is critical to client retention, operational efficiency, and scalability.Account Support & CoordinationSupport Account Executives by preparing quotes, proposals, reviews, and account documentationRespond to general client account inquiries and route requests appropriatelyAct as an internal resource for Method personnel regarding client accountsRenewals & Asset ManagementManage client renewals including hardware, software, licensing, carrier services, and subscriptionsMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date client configurations, assets, and contract informationTrack renewal timelines to ensure proactive and timely processingCoordinate with vendors and carriers for pricing, availability, and documentationQuoting, Proposals & Vendor CoordinationPrepare ad‑hoc quotes for products and services for Account Executive reviewAssist with project proposals for existing clientsRegister deals with vendors as requiredCommunicate professionally with vendors, carriers, and third partiesvCIO & Account ReviewsPrepare vCIO review materials for Account ExecutivesProcess follow‑up tasks related to vCIO recommendations and reviewsEnsure account data and reporting inputs are accurate prior to reviewsBilling & Administrative SupportCoordinate client payments and assist with billing issues in collaboration with financeSupport internal teams with documentation needed for invoicing and reconciliationMaintain confidentiality of all client and company informationWhy you'll want us to hire you:The people here are amazing!We do a bunch of fun stuff outside of work such as paintballing, camping, pinball tournaments, go-karts, seeing movies, online video game tournaments, having free lunches, and other company sponsored eventsWe have been recognized as one of Southern California's Best Places to Work for many yearsOur offices are pretty coolYou will learn a tonWe offer competitive benefits; 401k, PTO, health insurance, and much moreYou won't be another cog in a corporate machine. Real People, Real I.TRequirements:You must be able to work full-time, 40 hours a week minimum - this is not a part-time positionYou must live in the Southern California area as this position works in our corporate office in Cypress, CA. We are currently only considering local candidatesThis is not a remote position. You will be working from our Cypress office every day or dispatched to one of our clients' sites if needed1 year or more of professional office experience is desired.
