Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Northern Virginia, VA. In this role, you will assist customers in finding and purchasing vehicles that suit their needs. Daily tasks include customer engagement, providing product information, conducting test drives, negotiating sales terms, and maintaining customer records. You will also work collaboratively with team members and ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the purchase process. Qualifications Proven skills in sales, customer interaction, and closing dealsStrong knowledge of automotive products and ability to communicate technical details effectivelyEffective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customers and inquiries efficientlyBasic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM toolsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentA positive and goal-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfactionPrevious experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plusA valid driver's license and a clean driving record
