We're expanding rapidly in the US, and we're looking for 2–3 people to join our Austin team and grow with usWhat you'll actually be doing:Recruitment is a sales job. It's also a people job. You'll be on the phone, building relationships with candidates and clients, matching exceptional talent to high-impact roles across our core sectors. You'll learn the full 360° recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates and winning clients, to managing the entire hiring process end-to-end.Who we're looking for?We're not hiring for experience. We're hiring the person.You might be a recent graduate who's hungry and hasn't found a role that matches your ambition yet. You might have a year or two in SDR/BDR sales and want something with more earning potential and clear progression.
