Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, based in Lubbock, TX. The Occupational Therapist will assess patients’ conditions and develop tailored therapy plans to help improve their ability to perform daily activities. Responsibilities include evaluating physical and cognitive abilities, implementing rehabilitation programs, documenting progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality therapy to improve the overall well-being of older adults in senior living communities. Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapy program implementationExperience in Rehabilitation and familiarity with medical best practicesEffective Communication skills for engaging with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teamsKnowledge or experience in Pediatrics is a plusState licensure or certification in Occupational Therapy and compliance with all regulatory requirementsA passion for working with older adults and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to careBachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
