Job Summary
The Associate IT Analyst role is intended for candidates with customer support and training experience. Successful candidates must have eagerness to learn a complex ed-tech product, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and provide high quality training to customers. All levels of experience are welcome. Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply, but will train Associates.
Duties/Responsibilities
Help customers use company products successfully to increase customer satisfaction
Engage directly with customers to build relationships, understand problems, and propose solutions
Answer customer questions over the phone, email, or in person
Train and demonstrate company products to customers
Advocate for customer issues and requirements
Communicate effectively with team to increase knowledge
Complete analyst training to learn a complex system
Stay up to date on new features
Coordinate with management to achieve personal and team goals
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
Excellent interpersonal, customer service skills, and public speaking skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work without guidance and work alone in many cases
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Comfortable learning and using various software tools
Ability to travel for onsite customer training
Qualifications
BA / BS or equivalent (quantitative or technical degree a plus)
Experience in help desk is a plus, preferably in B2B SaaS or K12 Education
Excellent communication skills
Former educators and school tech department employees are welcome!

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
