We were also the first public company to earn The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval® for Health Care Staffing Services Certification with Distinction — a standard we continue to uphold today.BASIC PURPOSEThe Staffing Coordinator provides the highest caliber of customer service to our field staff and to our client facilities.Essential FunctionsProvide first level support to both field staff and facility customersOperate efficiently and effectively with a sense of urgency to carry out tasks on an individual basis and in a team settingPartner with clients to determine staffing requirementsOffer assignments at client facilities to qualified field staffManage all staffing activities between field staff and clients by calling, emailing, and utilizing other staffing platforms and toolsManage open orders and fill open shifts with qualified field staffCommunicate all updates in a timely manner to both field staff and facility customersRemain aware of discrepancies in staffing schedule and report patterns to the managers and local office as necessaryDevelop and foster excellent relationships between clients and field personnel.Ensure field staff and/or client concerns are resolved in a timely manner; uphold our Company’s reputation by demonstrating standards of excellence.Perform all other duties as assigned by management.Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.Hours: Must be flexible! Mon - Thur from 1:30 p.m.- 11:15 p.m. PSTOrFri 12:30 p.m.- 10 p.m., Sat and Sun 9 a.m.- 10 p.m. PSTQualifications1-2 years’ experience, preferable in the staffing industryMust have strong computer and analytical skills, proficient with Microsoft Outlook.
