Job Title: Head of Digital MarketingLocation-Type: Hybrid NYC (3x/week onsite)Start Date Is: ASAPDuration: 6+ Month ContractCompensation Range: $80-85/hr W2Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401KMust be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship .We are seeking an experienced digital marketing leader to step into a key interim role while our Head of Digital Marketing is on leave. This is a hands-on leadership position to keep the engine running, own performance across all digital channels, and ensure continuity across campaigns, team, and roadmap. We need someone who hits the ground running on day one.Day to Day• Day-to-day leadership of the digital marketing team (paid, SEO, email, social, web, and event tech)• Campaign execution and performance tracking• Regular reporting to Global Head of Client Marketing and stakeholders on channel performance, pacing, and risks• Agency and vendor relationships• SEO strategy continuity and content calendar oversight• CRM/email marketing programs (nurture, lifecycle, and promotional)• Any time-sensitive launches or campaigns already in the pipelineQualifications• 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 in a leadership role• Proven track record managing multi-channel digital programs• Strong analytical chops (comfortable in GA4) (google analytics 4)• Hands-on experience with SEO/AEO, social platforms• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, MarketingCloud)• A self-starter mindset — able to context-switch quickly and lead without extensive ramp time• Financial services experience a plus, e.g., asset management
