To enhance customer relationships and drive sales, the full-time Sales Representative for Access Solutions will actively manage existing accounts and develop new contacts in the Ostwestfalen & Nordhessen region, focusing on technical consulting and project acquisition. Key responsibilitiesMaintain and grow existing customer relationships while establishing new connections with dealers, investors, and building operators Identify new business opportunities and provide tailored solutions to client technical inquiries Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales-promoting measures and conduct product trainingRequired qualificationsExperience in sales, particularly in construction supply products or building technology, is advantageous but not mandatory Technical affinity and willingness to learn are essential for success in the role Strong networking skills and the ability to drive projects through successful acquisition and consultation Willingness to travel within the designated territory Fluent German language skills are required
