Mod Spuds is a forthcoming fast casual concept from James Beard Award nominated Chef Ange Branca. We are opening in the first quarter of 2026 in the South Street neighborhood of Philadelphia. Mod Spuds is a high volume, casual dining and delivery concept centered on “Jacket Potatoes" viral loaded baked potatoes! We are currently looking for line cooks to join Mod Spuds’ kitchen team.  As part of Mod Spuds kitchen team, cooks will be responsible primarily for preparing and executing our dining menu.
