Lead and train restaurant staff, providing guidance on service standards, customer interaction, and teamwork. Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the kitchen and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent dining experiences. Monitor inventory and supply levels, assisting in ordering and maintaining stock.
