Client Services & Administrative Coordinator (Remote - Pediatric Therapy)
Client Services & Administrative Coordinator
In Reach Therapy | Remote | Part-Time

About In Reach Therapy
In Reach Therapy is a pediatric speech and occupational therapy practice built around a simple belief: children and families deserve therapy that actually reaches them—where they are, when they need it, and in a way that makes sense for their lives.
We’re a small, intentional team that runs lean and moves with purpose. We don’t believe in bureaucracy for its own sake. We trust our team members to bring judgment, initiative, and care to everything they do. If you’ve worked in a pediatric healthcare office and felt like the systems and culture could be so much better—you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
The Role
This is a remote, part-time position that serves as the front-line coordinator for client services and administrative operations. You’ll be the person families hear from first and rely on throughout their journey with In Reach—from initial inquiry through active care.
This isn’t a role for someone who needs constant direction. You’ll be working independently, owning your workflows, and making judgment calls in real time. We want someone who takes pride in running a tight, responsive operation.
