Technical Analyst / End User Computing Analyst :📍 New York, NY (Onsite)🏢 Property Management Company / Tourist Attraction👤 Reports To: Senior Director of Technical ServicesSalary: Up to $90,000 per year plus 10% performance bonusNo sponsorship or C2CAbout the Role:Source One Technical Solutions is seeking three Technical Analysts to join its Technical Services team supporting a major attraction. This hands-on role is responsible for delivering exceptional end-user support across desktop, mobile, audio/visual, conference room, and workplace technology environments.The ideal candidate is a customer-focused technology professional with strong troubleshooting skills, experience supporting Windows and mobile environments, and a passion for delivering high-quality technical support.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical analysis, troubleshooting, and support for end-user technology issues.Respond to service requests and incidents through phone, email, walk-ups, and ticketing systems.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, mobile device, and peripheral issues.Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, workstations, and supported mobile devices.Build, deploy, and image PCs and laptops.Administer and support Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.Support conference room technology, meeting setups, and audio/visual systems.Provide basic networking and telecommunications troubleshooting.Maintain accurate asset inventories and documentation within ITSM systems.Monitor workstation performance and provide recommendations for improvement.Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers.Participate in equipment refresh initiatives and technology deployment projects.Train end users on technology tools and best practices.Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Must be able to communicate with the C Suite and cross-functionally2-5 years of experience in Technical Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk, or End User Computing environments.Experience supporting:Windows Operating SystemsDesktop and Laptop DeploymentsMicrosoft IntuneMobile Device Management (MDM)Windows AdministrationSoftware Testing and DeploymentWorking knowledge of LAN/WAN networking fundamentals.Basic Audio/Visual support and troubleshooting experience.Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft CertificationsApple Certified Mac TechnicianCompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cloud+, or Server+Experience with Zendesk or other IT Service Management (ITSM) platformsExperience supporting conference room and collaboration technologiesWhat Success Looks Like:Delivering exceptional support experiences to end users.Resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally.Maintaining reliable workplace technology environments.Supporting collaboration, productivity, and operational excellence across the organization.Serving as a trusted technical resource for employees and stakeholders.Join one of New York City's most innovative real estate and experiential destinations and help deliver exceptional technology experiences across both corporate and guest-facing environments.
