Or, explore Little Havana and tour the Frost Museum of Science.The Culinary Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the culinary leadership team by overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation. This position requires strong communication and leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.The Culinary Supervisor’s responsibilities include but are not limited to producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner, guiding kitchen staff in food production and training of the team, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting the overall success of the culinary team. The candidate has basic skills in department training and is capable of assuming department responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Sous Chefs. Responsibilities include the supervising of hourly cooks.
