Works in assigned restaurant location as determined by managementResponsibilities:Ensures that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining company standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer serviceStands at entrance and welcomes guestsKnows the menus and floor plans of the restaurant(s)Shows guests to their tables and presents menusMaintains balance with the workload of each server (seats every server section equally)Maintains a clean and orderly host standCleans menus and replaces damaged copies when neededAids servers when necessary (to help set tables, etc.)Always maintains a pleasant and professional manner, including dress, speech, attitude, energy, etcAnswers all guest questions or finds appropriate answers for guestsCommunicates customer concerns and complaints to MODPerforms duties with a smile and a positive attitudeMaintains display items in a clean and orderly fashionAssists other crewmembers as needed; is aware of and alerts other crewmembers of customers’ needsMaintains a spotless working environment, including tabletops, bases, chairs, banquettes, TV's, glass partitions, server stations, beverage stations, table set-ups, glassware, flatware, etcParticipates in daily side-work tasks, including but not limited to stocking glasses, linens, flatware, and condimentsMaintains knowledge of airport, terminal, and restaurants; offers information, recommendations, MCA, and Brand history, etcMaintains a clean, neat, well-groomed appearance and adheres to all uniform and appearance guidelinesSweeps and mops as neededPerforms other duties and side-work as assignedQualificationsDemonstrated pleasant attitude and energy to ensure great customer serviceProfessional demeanor, appearance, and communication skills in accordance with restaurant guidelinesDemonstrated ability to learn food and beverage knowledge and participate in training as requiredAbility to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and crewmembers regarding food and beverage orders and customer questions and concernsAbility to create a pleasant dining area for customersAbility to remain alert and maintain positive attitude during slow periodsAbility to read menu offerings, product labels, register screen, pricing, receipts, safety procedures, and operating directions Ability to maintain a safe and clean restaurant for customersAbility to walk and stand for long durationsAbility to do moderate to heavy lifting (25 lbs. or less)Knowledge and adherence to MCA policies and proceduresKnowledge and adherence to all airport rules and regulationsCommitment to service of customers, staff, co-workers, and managementHigh integrity and honesty, Work Ethic, passion, and commitmentAbility to work scheduled hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidaysFollow through and dependabilityKnowledge and commitment to safety and food sanitationPowered by JazzHRK1RdyiTb9b
