Material HandlerWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Associate Material Handler to join our warehouse team in Largo, FL. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates looking to build a career in logistics and distribution. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately from inventoryReceive and distribute materials to support production and other departmentsProcess incoming purchase receipts and maintain accurate inventory recordsOrganize and store materials to maximize efficiency and workflowTransport materials between buildings as neededAssist with cycle counts and monthly inventory activitiesReplenish stock in primary inventory locationsOperate forklifts, man-up/order picker equipment, and other material handling tools (must be comfortable working at heights)Support mailroom operations, including internal deliveries and outgoing shipmentsMaintain 6S standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesKeep work areas clean, safe, and organizedCross-train and assist team members as neededWhat We're Looking ForPrevious warehouse experience is a plus, but not requiredAbility to perform basic math (counts, weights, measurements, etc.)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsTeam-oriented mindset with a positive attitudeWillingness to rotate across different warehouse functionsWork Environment & ExpectationsMust follow all safety policies and proceduresAbility to work scheduled overtime as neededComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environmentAbility to lift up to 35 lbs unassistedAbility to stand and be active for up to 8 hours per shift
