Warehouse Associate
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a 1-year temporary assignment in Bapchule, AZ. This role is ideal for an experienced forklift operator who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, accurate inventory handling, and supporting a safe, organized production and operations environment.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will help keep materials moving efficiently by loading, unloading, transporting, verifying, and storing products according to production and shipping needs. Key Responsibilities
Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, move, and store materials.
Transport materials according to production schedules, inventory needs, and shipping requirements.
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and inspect products for quality.
Organize, stack, label, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Use RF scanners and tablets to complete data entry and maintain accurate inventory records.
Perform daily forklift inspections, support basic equipment maintenance, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay rate: $21 per hour.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Assignment type: Temporary contract, 1-year assignment.
Target start date: September 17.
$1.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift.
$500 hiring bonus after 4 weeks of employment with perfect attendance and no absences.
Paid Time Off: Earn 1 PTO day per month after completing 3 months of service.
$1,000 end-of-season retention bonus for eligible employees who complete the full season.
