Through hands-on training, mentorship, and a culture of internal promotion, we empower you to reach your full potential and contribute to projects that truly matter.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Inventory Control Coordinator located in Dallas, Texas.Reporting to the Materials Manager, the Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for administering the inventory cycle count program requiring accuracy and timeliness.Shift: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMWhat a typical day looks like:Reconciles cycle count discrepancies and resolves inventory problems on a timely basisCreates, updates, executes, and analyzes inventory cycle count reportsPrioritizes data entry activities and may provide work leadership to data entry associatesConduct physical inventory and cycle counts and verify quantities to maintain proper stock levels; document and adjust discrepancies within ERP systemAccount for materials distributed in the company ERP systemComplete other related duties as assignedThe experience we're looking to add to our team:High School Diploma or equivalentAt least one year of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or any related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented skillsSolid organizational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Familiar with cycle counting, picking and posting, and working with an MRP/ERP systemWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:Full range of medical, dental, and vision plansLife InsuranceShort-term and Long-term DisabilityMatching 401(k) ContributionsVacation and Paid Sick TimeTuition ReimbursementApplication Deadline:Applications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
