This role is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled and customer-focused professional to shape the software delivery strategies of top enterprise clients. You will engage directly with strategic accounts, guiding them through complex DevSecOps, DevOps, and MLOps initiatives, while serving as a trusted technical advisor. The position requires collaboration with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to demonstrate the value of enterprise solutions and influence product development. You will provide technical thought leadership, support large-scale implementations, and drive customer adoption across multiple industries. Success in this role requires excellent communication, strong technical expertise, and the ability to balance business objectives with innovative software solutions.
Accountabilities
Engage with strategic enterprise customers to guide their software delivery and DevSecOps transformations
Partner with sales account executives to develop account strategies and establish long-term client trust
Educate technical and executive stakeholders on platform capabilities, value propositions, and best practices
Represent the company at customer meetings, public events, and industry conferences
Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to relay customer insights and influence product roadmap
Work with Customer Success and Marketing to expand adoption of solutions and maximize customer value
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, serving as a trusted technical point of contact
Requirements
Extensive experience in enterprise presales or solutions engineering, ideally with Fortune 500/100 accounts
Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in Linux, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and software package management tools
Knowledge of application security (AppSec) and software architecture design
Proven ability to build software delivery pipelines and work with DevOps tools at scale
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset
Willingness to travel up to 50% across the United States
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
