Post Press Operator - 3rd Shift

Role Overview: The General Bindery Operator operates moderately complex post-press equipment, performing preventive maintenance and processing multiple product types.Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate equipment such as Advent Machines, perform tasks including cutting, handwork, 3-hole drilling, packing, and monitor/maintain equipment to ensure quality standards. Interpret and execute order instructions, maintaining proper ink density, color matching, and other attributes to meet customer expectations. Resolve production issues by adjusting processes and communicate needs to management as necessary. Qualifications & Skills: Must be at least 18 years old with basic computer skills. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with 3 years of warehouse experience and 1 year of plating experience. Strong attention to detail, PC knowledge, and effective communication skills are desired.Compensation & Benefits: Hourly rate between $22.00-$23.00, with eligibility for performance incentives.
