Home Care Administrative Billing Coordinator

This isn't a role for someone who needs everything laid out—we need someone who can build structure, improve processes, and take ownership of operations.The RoleAs a small, growing agency, we need someone who can work independently, identify gaps, and create solutions. You'll be responsible for day-to-day operations, but you'll also be a change agent—someone who sees what needs to be done and does it without waiting to be told.This is NOT a corporate role with established processes and procedures.
