Maintains patients' rights and confidentiality of patient information. Float Pool Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year) Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred) Licensure: Current RN license in Missouri Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) ACLS (American Heart Association) Why Mercy?
