Marketing Strategic Initiatives Manager

This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113.Digital Strategy Development:Define and lead global digital initiatives aligned with Sherwin-Williams' strategic objectives.Partner with senior leadership to prioritize projects that drive innovation and operational efficiency.Monitor emerging technologies and market trends to inform strategic decisions.Program Leadership:Support cross-functional teams to deliver complex digital programs on time and within budget.Develop detailed project plans, KPIs, and success metrics for global initiatives.Ensure alignment between regional execution and global strategy.Customer-Centric SolutionsChampion digital tools and platforms that improve customer engagement and experience.Collaborate with marketing, IT, and product teams to integrate digital solutions across touchpoints.Data & Analytics:Leverage data-driven insights to optimize digital strategies and measure ROI.Implement dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive visibility.Change Management:Drive adoption of digital tools and processes across global teams.Develop training and communication plans to support organizational change. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Technology, or related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, or program management, ideally in a global organization. Proven track record of leading large-scale digital initiatives with measurable business impact. Strong understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce, CRM, and data analytics. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills:Working knowledge of the collision industry, refinish sales, refinish marketing, service support, software programs, and technical operations. High-level project management skills with a proven ability to execute the development of software functionalities. Understanding of structured sales efforts, planning, quality standards, and customer service/satisfaction criteria. Financial and commercial acumen. Strong motivational and leadership skills. High-level relationship management and team-building capabilities. Effective decision-making ability. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience with cloud-based color management/retrieval systems. Familiarity with OEM color standards, variants and automotive coatings.
