Job Title: SMT Operator – 2nd ShiftLocation: Seymour, CTTemp to Perm 2nd Shift- $22-$24 per hour About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled SMT Operator to join a fast-paced, high-tech electronics manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting production by operating and maintaining surface mount technology (SMT) equipment. You will work closely with team leads and production staff to ensure efficient workflow, quality output, and adherence to safety standards.Position SummaryThe SMT Operator is responsible for operating screen printers, solder paste inspection equipment, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.
