This is an opportunity for a seasoned public accounting professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to lead complex engagements, mentor emerging talent, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.About the RoleThe Senior Tax Manager will serve as a key technical leader within our 35-person tax department, partnering closely with our Tax Partners to strengthen the team’s expertise, mentorship, and long-term succession planning.This role is ideal for an experienced public accounting professional who enjoys the technical side of tax inclurding reviewing complex returns, navigating the tax code, and elevating the knowledge of those around them. While client advisory is important, the primary focus of this position is technical excellence, quality control, and developing Managers and staff.You will help bridge the gap between long-tenured leaders and emerging talent, providing stability, guidance, and mentorship across the department.
