Overview As an Assistant Construction Manager you support new home construction by gaining technical know-how and assisting senior managers. You’ll learn building codes, plans, timelines, and standards to support on-site execution. You’ll help monitor sites, inspections, and quality, while becoming proficient with Pulte systems and trade partner coordination. Compensation / Benefitspaid holidayssick payPTO401(k) planmedical, dental & vision insurancetuition reimbursement ResponsibilitiesComplete orientation, onboarding and training programs (Pulte Construction Standards, scheduling, safety, warranty, SPPP).Develop literacy in building codes, plan reading, materials, schedules, and methodologies.Assist Construction Managers in monitoring job sites, validating schedule progression, coordinating on-site inspections, and ensuring quality standards.Coordinate work completion as directed by the manager and oversee daily trade partner activities.Gain proficiency in Pulte systems (Schedule, Field Purchase Order, Dynamics 365) and in Build Quality Experience / Customer Quality Experience.Monitor subdivision cleanliness and manage trade partner cleanup; understand trade partner scopes of work.Perform other duties as assigned.
