A company is looking for a Vice President, Head of Group Benefits Products. Key Responsibilities Define and govern Group Benefits value streams and product operating model Lead a team of Product Managers and ensure integration of key functions within the operating model Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all operational units Qualifications 15+ years of experience in Group Benefits or related industries Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives Experience with multi-year Agile delivery efforts and product operating models Strong understanding of cloud architectures and modern engineering practices Experience in building transformation strategies and driving adoption at scale
