Recruiting Coordinator

OverviewRobert Half is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support its Marketing & Creative Permanent Placement team in Irvine, CA. This is an externally-facing, high-impact role focused on candidate engagement, pipeline development, and operational support across full-cycle recruiting efforts.You’ll partner closely with tenured recruiters and account executives to identify, engage, and qualify top marketing and creative talent across Orange County. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is interested in building a long-term career in recruiting.Key Responsibilities· Proactively source and engage marketing and creative candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach· Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening calls, and qualification to assess alignment for current and future opportunities· Draft and manage candidate outreach messaging, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and engagement· Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the process· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within internal systems and tracking tools· Partner with recruiters to build and manage pipelines for priority roles across branding, digital marketing, design, and communications roles· Proactively market the Marketing & Creative practice to companies in Orange CountyQualifications· 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, customer-facing roles, or marketing/creative environments· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with shifting priorities· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS/CRM tools, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus· Interest in a long-term career in outside recruiting and specifically interested in placing marketing, creative, and digital professionalsWhat Sets This Role Apart· Direct exposure to full-cycle recruiting within a top-performing permanent placement team· Opportunity to partner with experienced recruiters and develop into a client-facing recruiting and sales role· Collaborative, high-performance culture with strong earning potential and clear growth path within Robert Half· Access to industry-leading tools, training, and a well-established candidate network· Ability to earn commission
