Level 2/3 IT Technician

Position: Tier 2/3 IT Technician Job Description: Fisch Solutions is the largest and most awarded MSP IT provider in the Hudson Valley. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled IT professional to join our team in the capacity of a Tier 2/3 Technician on site at our one of a kind facility. This role is intended for a candidate with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in the IT field. It is not a junior-level position; we are looking for someone who can confidently handle advanced technical responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, Windows Servers, and Azure environments. Administer Active Directory, develop Group Policies, and implement single sign-on solutions. Utilize and manage cybersecurity tools, including SIEM and EDR, to ensure a secure IT environment. Compliance: Be familiar with relevant compliance standards (such as CMMC, NIST, cyber insurance compliance requirements, and HIPAA) and know how to implement these compliance measures within the organization. Qualifications: At least 5 years of relevant IT experience. Proven expertise in the areas listed above.
