Delivery Lead
DayToDay Responsbilities:They will run the reports, will take follow-ups.Work with stakeholders to develop detailed change plans outlining the objectives, scope, timelines, and resources required for each initiative.They will ensure that change initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and priorities.They will monitor the performance of team members, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns.They will develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.They will develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills they need to adapt to change.Must Have:2-3 years Project Management, Change Management and Test Management ExperienceExperience working in Agile EnvironmentKnowledge of the SDLC Governance ExperienceProficiency in change management methodologies and frameworksStrong project management skills to plan and execute change initiativesNiceToHave:Banking domain experience supportingRisk & mitigation
