We obtained school contracts as well as becoming a Qualified Vendor with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We also contracted with other agencies holding Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) contracts to deliver services to the birth to 3 population.Our goal at Essential Therapy Solutions is simple - to be a leader in supporting families and providers in our community. Our goals are accomplished by the commitment of every employee.ETS is an advocate for our families and providers by practicing the following values and beliefs:Resourceful - We are proactive and solution based in all actions within our team and communityEthical - We are upstanding professionals that provide services by upholding our highest principles, including communication, interactions, and standards of practice.Acceptance - We are empathetic and honest providers who support our families and each other.Professional - We are responsible leaders that hold ourselves and each other accountable.SLP Job DescriptionRequirements:Provide evaluations, assessments and ongoing therapy for children 3 years and up.Develop individualized plans tailored to each patient's needsProvide one-on-one family sessionsMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryDocument patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notesAdvocate for patient needs in various settings such as schools or workplacesStay updated on the latest research and advancements in speech therapyMust be open to flexible schedules as needed for service provision to familiesMust be available for hybrid services, in person and virtualQualifications:Master's Degree in Speech Language TherapyMeet all prescribed professional requirements and rules of professional conduct as a Speech Language Pathologist including certifications and/or licensuresCompletion of the AzEIP Standards of Practice for Early Interventionists within three years of a start date is requiredMust be able to complete a successful background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance CardFeeding experience is a plus, but not requiredBilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus, but not requiredSkills:Ability to handle workload and travel to client's homesAbility to build rapport with patientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership qualitiesMust have basic computer skills, including word processingMust have excellent and professional written and verbal forms of expression, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsW2 Employee Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Paid Holidays, 401k, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, Pet Insurance, and more perksWe are an agency of providers dedicated to empowering families and their loved ones by enhancing their quality of life within our local communities.
