It is not a remote positionThe RoleWe are looking for a Senior Planogram Analyst to provide planogram support and expertise using JDA Space Planning for our clients. The ability to become a subject matter expert on process/execution and drive timing & action quickly is critical in this role. This role will require the candidate to exercise discretion and independent judgment while providing the retailer with analysis and insights. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, highly organized, a confident, motivated individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask across business lines.What You Will AccomplishCollaborates with business partners to develop, align, and execute transition plansDevelop Merchandising Excellence best practices in every planogram to provide a consistent shopping experience regardless of locationCreate, monitor, maintain, publish planograms using JDA Pro Space and related toolsBuild collaborative relationships, drive merchandising and space recommendationsSupports and educates partners on planogram principlesPartners with client to execute product mock-up to test and validate merchandising solutions via JDA Pro Space or physical representationAbility to provide timely and accurate planogram store counts, version counts and item listsContinually identifies opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies by evaluating and streamlining workloadOther duties as assignedWhat We Are Looking ForYou have 2+ years of experience working with Target HeadquartersYou have 2+ years of JDA Space Planning experienceYou’re comfortable with ambiguity and are a self-starter who takes initiative to exploreYou have a problem-solving mindset and willingness to challenge the established normsYou develop strong internal and external relationships, building rapport with partners, and able to deliver on key business objectives and strategies.You are proficient building planograms in JDA Space Planning and utilizing Target systemsYou are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skillsAbout The CompanyThe Moscoe Group is one of the most experienced and highly respected manufacturer’s representative and category management firms in the Twin Cities.
