Greenspoon Marder is seeking a Financial Services Manager of Business Relations to work with our Financial Services team . The Financial Services Manager of Business Relations will play a key role in business development activities and generating new sales for the firm. The position will be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance and expand the distribution of existing goals and business segment solutions. Your Financial Services Manager of Business Relations Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Develop comprehensive strategies to support the department's growth objectives. • Conduct thorough market research to monitor industry trends. • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the attorneys. • Lead the creation of compelling proposals and presentations to attract and retain clients. • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and referral sources. • Monitor and assess business development activities, track outcomes and return on investment. • Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve effectiveness.
