By replacing legacy friction with data-driven AI, they help top-tier banks streamline collections while providing borrowers with compassionate, personalized paths to financial stability.They are seeking a high-caliber Customer Success professional from FinTech to transform elite enterprise accounts into high-impact strategic partners.The RoleOwn 5–7 high-stakes strategic accounts (Top US Banks, Fintechs, Hedge Funds), focusing on deep-rooted partnership rather than transactional volume.Act as the intelligence engine between the front line and the Product/Ops teams, filtering "messy" client feedback into systemic roadmap improvements.hift the team from "firefighting" to proactive strategy by designing the scalable systems and repeatable playbooks the rest of the org will follow.Lead high-level performance reviews that move beyond reporting to root-cause diagnosis, maintaining absolute trust during both wins and crises.The Ideal Profile Early background in management consulting, before moving into Client Strategy / Customer Success. 4+ years in customer success, or strategic account management with enterprise-level financial institutions. Comfortable leveraging APIs, SQL, or BI tools (Looker/Tableau) to extract insights from complex datasets.Experience in a high-growth start-up environment where you have not just followed a process, but helped built one from scratch.A track record of partnering with Compliance, Product, and Ops to ship improvements without direct authority.
