If you're passionate about the ground beneath your feet and want to work on dynamic projects that shape the built environment, this is your chance to grow with a company that values expertise, collaboration, and professional development.What You'll Be Doing:You'll play a key role in a variety of exciting geotechnical and construction-related projects, including:Field and lab work related to earthwork, foundation, and construction materials testingManaging subsurface investigations (borings, test pits), and analyzing logs, lab data, and site plansPerforming engineering calculations such as bearing capacity, settlement, earth pressures, slope stability, and pavement section designWriting and preparing comprehensive geotechnical reportsRetaining wall and foundation designSlope stability analysis and pavement designProject management and client engagementRequirementsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a geotechnical focusEIT/FE certification strongly preferred; PE license is a plus5–10 years of relevant geotechnical and construction observation experienceStrong communication and report-writing skillsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelExperience with AutoCAD or CADD is a bonusBenefitsWhy You'll Love Working With Us:We believe in taking care of our team—professionally, personally, and everything in between.
