The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Greenville, AL area.Title: Maintenance SupervisorLocation: Greenville, ALSalary: $90,000 - $120,00ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities, including shutdowns, capital projects, equipment installs, upgrades, and rebuildsSupervise millwrights, electricians, technicians, mobile equipment mechanics, and maintenance support staffDrive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and efficiencyOversee equipment repairs to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budgetSupport environmental compliance efforts and promote safe work practicesDevelop standardized electrical and mechanical parts lists and cross-reference documentationTrain and develop maintenance personnel and support continuous improvement initiativesSupport equipment selection, installation, troubleshooting, and PLC upgradesManage contractors and vendors, including scheduling, safety oversight, and permit complianceQualifications College degree or equivalent hands-on maintenance experienceStrong background in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and project coordinationProven leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and engage teamsExperience in manufacturing environments with a strong safety focusWorking knowledge of PLCs and electrical controls preferredEngineering or technical bachelor's degree and 5+ years of maintenance experience preferred#JDP
