You’ll lead process improvement initiatives, oversee retail projects, and manage construction for new store openings, pop-ups, closures, and renovations. Your focus will be on maintaining retail facilities, supporting operational standards, and monitoring capital expenditures, all while partnering with retail leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into store-level action.We celebrate diversity--of your background, your experiences and your unique identity. We believe that when we bring our different perspectives to work, we are truly Better Together.Your ImpactProject manage and collaborate with cross-functional partners for all store openings, closures, remodels, and relocationsManage construction vendors for North American store projects and track budgets for CAPEX and operating expensesOversee daily operations of stores across North America, ensuring compliance with company policies and proceduresMonitor and analyze store inventory performance metrics, implementing corrective actions for improvementOversee operational reporting and share robust reports with the wider retail team to support compliance and operational excellenceOversee, localize, and roll out retail systems and systematic training for North American retail storesCommunicate with stakeholders throughout new and existing programs to garner support and alignmentIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across all programsOwn Loss Prevention across all NA stores, including reporting, store training, and external security supportMaintain strong relationships with LP partners and vendors to ensure stores are supportedImplement effective Loss Prevention measures to safeguard company assets and minimize shrinkageLead and develop a high-performing retail operations team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedbackMaintain strong relationships with vendors, address concerns, and assess/prioritize store maintenance issuesProcure new vendors to improve service to stores across North AmericaWho You AreBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experiencePMP/CAPM a plus but not required5+ years of construction/project management experience, with a strong emphasis on delivering in retail stores5+ years of high-level retail experience/leadership experienceProven experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and successfully executing multiple concurrent projectsConsistent history of effective collaboration with internal and external partners to meet project deadlinesProven ability to drive high-velocity results and sustain a vibrant brand culture across a distributed networkExpert at maintaining rigorous store compliance across safety, inventory health, and SOPsSkilled in orchestrating specialized retail vendors and contractors for seamless service deliveryDemonstrated proficiency in managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets for resource efficiency and profitabilityCapable of influencing corporate, regional, and retail leadership and delivering high-impact presentationsExpert at deconstructing complex initiatives into actionable workstreams for flawless executionAble to manage a diverse portfolio of competing priorities while maintaining qualityAdvanced mastery of Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis, project tracking, and communicationsWhat We'll Give You –Competitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.Financial Planning and wellbeing - No matter what financial goals our employees have set, we want to help them get there.
