Role Description We are seeking a Cyber Security Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The successful candidate will manage and oversee cybersecurity operations, implement safeguards to protect sensitive data, and ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. The role includes leading a team of cybersecurity professionals, conducting risk assessments, managing incident responses, and developing strategies to enhance cybersecurity frameworks within enterprise systems. Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Threat Intelligence.Proficiency in Risk Assessment, Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response.Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), including knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.Familiarity with enterprise-grade security tools and technologies, such as intrusion detection systems, firewalls, SIEM, and encryption protocols.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated leadership and team management experience with effective communication and collaboration skills.Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.Experience in enterprise environments, preferably focusing on financial systems security, is highly desirable.
