The environment spans diverse enterprise domains including media, entertainment, digital platforms, and corporate functions.The mission of the IAM team is to deliver modern identity and access management capabilities that are secure, seamless, and scalable—ensuring protection of organizational data, systems, and digital assets while enabling a frictionless user experience.Must-Have Qualifications3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise application programsStrong expertise in structured requirements documentation, including:User storiesUse casesAcceptance criteriaRequirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)Experience facilitating workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProficiency with requirements and backlog management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platformsNice-to-Have QualificationsBusiness Analysis certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalentBackground in cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or identity governanceExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environmentsFamiliarity with BPMN or other process modeling toolsExposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Secrets Management, or related identity security domainsMaster’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Key ResponsibilitiesElicit, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for IAM platforms and servicesDevelop and maintain detailed requirements artifacts including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering teamsFacilitate structured workshops and stakeholder interviews across business, IT, security, and compliance teamsMaintain and manage Requirements Traceability Matrices to ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutionsSupport Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and refinement sessionsAnalyze current-state identity and access processes and identify gaps relative to target-state IAM capabilitiesCreate and maintain process flows, data flow diagrams, and integration specifications to support technical design and implementationCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario creation, participant coordination, and results documentationMentor junior business analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of BA standards, templates, and best practices
