You Will:
Supervise and mentor CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
Partner with care teams to ensure excellent outcomes
Oversee daily clinical operations
You Bring:
Active NJ RN license + leadership experience
RN 3-5 Years Experienced in Subacute Setting
Skilled in long-term care/rehab/SNF
Strong communicator and problem-solver
